Подскажите можно ли сделать 2 компорта на пикконтроллере 16F877A ,один родной который есть и програмный ,но работать будут на разных скоростях. ?

Я думаю запросто будет работать. Только программный UART делать по прерываниям наверное лучше, если делать просто в цикле основной программы, то можно потерять данные.
